You can’t remove deleted user form GUI in Office 365 cloud. To do so as always use PowerShell.
1. Use the Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj151815.aspx.

Recently I met a curious issue when I created a new user in Office 365 cloud. I created a user account in the Admin => Users and Groups.
This is the default dialog which is useful for displaying information. The dialog window can be moved, resized and closed with the 'x' icon.
