System Center 2012 Service Manager Knowledge Management report

In one of our previous posts, we presented a knowledge management report based on the OLAP cube. In this post, I provide management packs required to create a report that utilizes Reporting Services.

The management packs consist of two files:

  1. SCUtils.KBArticle.DW.Library.mp
  2. SCUtils.KnowledgeManagement.Report.mpb

The first management pack contains definitions for Service Manager Data Warehouse. The management pack has been created using a free utility SCUtils DWMPCreator (use this link for the details). The second management pack holds the report named List of Knowledge Articles with User Rate.

I have to note that out-of-the-box Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager lets to access the knowledge articles and leave comments only in the console. That significantly limits the helpfulness of the features. Using SCUtils Knowledge Base add-on you can overcome this annoying limitation.     Hi I am looking for a report of list of incidents including the columns for description and affected user. I want to add those two columns/fields to the out of the box list of incidents report.
