Announcement for the release of SCUtils ConvertTask v1.1

We are proud to present a new release of SCUtils ConvertTask for Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager.

The version 1.1 of the solution includes the following improvement and features:
- Checking whether the incident or service request has been already converted;
- Improved compatibility with Microsoft Windows 8.0/8.1;
- Improved stability.
