Announcement for the release of SCUtils Knowledge Base v2.1

Today our team is very happy to present a new release of SCUtils Knowledge Base for Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager.

The version 2.1 of the solution includes the following improvement:

- Significantly optimized performance;
- Enhanced appearance;
- Cached connection for a quicker response;
- Credentials are encrypted and editable in web part’s toolpane;

It is highly recommended for all of our current customers to update to this version of the product.
SCUtils Knowledge Base v2.1 is a solution for Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager that allows end users to read the knowledge articles in HTML format on the self-service portal, assess the article’s content, and leave a feedback for the authors.
