Announcement for the release of SCUtils Email Connector v1.3 and SCUtils ConvertTask v1.7
We are very pleased to present new versions of SCUtils Email Connector for an advanced email processing using IMAP/POP3 protocols and SCUtils ConvertTask, a unique solution to convert incidents to service requests and vice-versa in one simple click.
In the new version of SCUtils Email Connector we have added a support for classes (and their templates) derived from Incident and Service Request classes. This version also includes minor fixes for log record’s text.
A new version of SCUtils ConvertTask has been also enriched with a support for templates of classes derived from Incident and Service Request classes. In this version the product has also improved the compatibility with earliest versions of Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager and does not require WorkflowAuthoring assembly.
As usual, 15-day trial versions are available on the Download page for all registered visitors. The products are compatible with all versions of Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager.
