Announcement for the release of SCUtils Email Connector v1.9

We are extremely proud to present a new release of SCUtils Email Connector for an advanced email processing using IMAP/POP3 protocols.

All new features of this release have been driven by the feedback and feature requests of our customers.

The release includes the following enhancements:

• An option to filter pictures embedded in the email message body like company logo in signatures, visual adornments, etc. by setting a limit for a minimum size of the image. This improvement lets you to avoid storing in the database numerous unusable object.
• The connector can process work items with any literal prefix or without a prefix. It allows you to use multiple prefixes simultaneously. For instance, if a prefix for Incidents is changed, the connector will be able to find incidents with the old prefix as well as with the new prefix.

A 15-day trial version available on the Download page for all registered visitors. The product is compatible with all versions of Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager.
