Announcement for the release of SCUtils SLAInstanceDuration v1.2 and SCUtils CubeDesigner v1.3.0

We are very excited to present a new release of SCUtils SLAInstanceDuration and SCUtils CubeDesigner for Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager.

p>SCUtils SLAInstanceDuration includes the following improvements and fixes:

• A new field is added - “Active Duration”. The new field is filled with the value of the SLO instance’s duration excepting time when the parent Incident or Service Request was in Pending/Hold On status. This new feature lets you assess the IT analysts performance for work items that were stopped for some reasons;
• Improved performance;
• Fixed some minor bugs.

A new version CubeDesigner v1.3.0 includes the updated version of SCUtils SLAInstanceDuration.

SCUtils SLAInstanceDuration and SCUtils CubeDesigner are compatible with all versions of Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager.
